SALES ASSISTANT
Doha, Qatar • Full-Time
Al Khanji Enterprises is looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide professional assistance.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Assist with product displays, stock arrangement, and store organization.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Support sales activities and help achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assist with billing, payments, and other sales-related duties when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and an organized sales area.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of sales and retail operations.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
