Country Assignment: Doha, Qatar (Full-time, Onsite)Language: Bilingual (Arabic & English) required Role Overview Lead the planning and delivery of data, analytics, BI, data management, and AI projects across multi-year, enterprise programs with multiple releases and workstreams. Own scope, governance, risk/issue management, stakeholder communications, and ensure delivery against time, budget, and quality with a customer-experience focus. Key Responsibilities• End-to-end delivery for analytics/BI/data/AI projects (initiation to handover/support).• Build and own WBS, integrated plan, risks/issues logs; report to executives bi-weekly.• Coordinate multiple vendors and internal teams (requirements → ingestion → modeling → pipelines → visualization).• Orchestrate cross-functional teams (product owners, data engineering, security, analytics, QA, data science).• Own/manage product backlog for Data Engineering & Visualization; maintain clear tickets and linkages.• Secure deliverable acceptance; lead lessons learned; drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning/review/retro/stand-ups); administer Jira boards; act as first risk escalation point.• Support BA/DA/test planning/UAT as needed. Qualifications• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related.• PMP and/or Scrum Master certification (required).• 5+ years delivering data/analytics/BI projects, including 2+ years in a project management role.• Excellent customer-facing communication; strong facilitation, change management, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.• Bilingual (Arabic & English) with excellent command of English. Must Have:• Experience delivering cloud-based data analytics, Business Intelligence, and Modern Data Platform solutions.• Previous experience working for a major system integrator or consultancy.• Minimum experience delivering two data analytics projects end-to-end in the capacity of Project Manager.• Prior hands-on technical experience in data modeling, data visualization, reporting, and building data solutions.Our role in supporting diversity and inclusion As an international workforce business, we are committed to sourcing personnel that reflects the diversity and values of our client base but also that of Orion Group.
