Position Title: Instrumentation & Control SupervisorLocation: Offshore (90%) / Onshore (10%) - QatarWorking Schedule: 28 days on / 28 days off rotation12 hours/day, 7 days/weekEstimated Start Date: May 2026Contract Term: 36 months (with possibility of extension)Job DescriptionThe Instrumentation & Control Supervisor will coordinate offshore Brownfield, Shutdown, and Hook-up activities for the Instrument & Control discipline, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, integrity, and project objectives. The role requires collaboration with operations and contractors to drive efficient offshore execution and commissioning, delivering operational excellence during the offshore phase.Key Accountabilities Adhere to all safety and quality protocols and regulations during offshore executionCoordinate and ensure successful Offshore Brownfield & Hook-up execution, including commissioningSupervise and control Contractor/Subcontractor activities for Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, project documentation, and international standardsReview constructability and technical compliance of deliverables provided by Engineering, Brownfield, and Hook-up teamsMonitor and resolve technical problems, drifts, and dysfunctions during offshore executionLiaise with Contractors/Subcontractors to ensure progress tracking, reporting, and compliance with rules and standardsSupervise PTW meetings with operations and contractors, ensuring methods statements and JSAs are followedReport any discipline concerns not aligned with project rules to line managementPromote and improve safety culture offshore, including on Marine Units (JUB, Work Boat)Participate in review exercises and Lessons Learned initiatives Person SpecificationQualifications Minimum: High National Diploma Experience Minimum 8 years in large construction-related projects (construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up) within the Oil & Gas industryExperience in offshore facilities, sour gas, and LNG production execution Technical & Business Skills Knowledge of design standards, specifications, and codes related to offshore fabrication, transport, installation, Brownfield execution, and commissioningUnderstanding of offshore operations and structures applicable to the project scopeExperience working in large-scale operating organisations in Operations, Projects, or SubsurfaceAbility to manage EPC Contractors and subcontractors offshore, ensuring compliance, safety, and project objectives
