As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects, ensuring their successful completion within scope, time, and budget constraints.Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocationLead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverablesIdentify and mitigate project risks through proactive risk management strategiesManage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication channels throughout project lifecyclesMonitor project progress, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as neededPrepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in QatarContinuously improve project management processes and methodologiesMentor and develop team members to enhance overall project management capabilitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certification requiredMinimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projectsStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practicesProficiency in MS Project or similar project management softwareExcellent risk management, budgeting, and scheduling skillsOutstanding leadership and team management abilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesFamiliarity with Qatar's business environment, culture, and local regulationsExperience working in the Middle East region preferredFluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plusAdditional InformationOnly experienced candidates
