We are currently seeking dedicated and gracious Butlers to be a part of our client's 5* hotel in Doha, Qatar.

As a Butler, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of personalized service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations: Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met throughout their stay.
Personalized Service: Provide tailored and anticipatory services such as packing/unpacking, arranging transportation, and fulfilling special requests to create memorable guest experiences.
Room Preparation: Ensure guest rooms are immaculately prepared and stocked with amenities, and that any requested items are delivered promptly.
Dining Assistance: Coordinate in-room dining services, including setting up and serving meals and beverages, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
Concierge Services: Offer expert advice on local attractions, activities, and dining options, and assist with reservations and ticket bookings.
Valet and Wardrobe Services: Assist guests with valet services and ensure their wardrobe needs, including clothing care and pressing, are addressed promptly.
Privacy and Security: Respect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality, while also ensuring their safety and security.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Butler in a luxury hotel or private residence is highly desirable.
Impeccable grooming and presentation.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering personalized service.
Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide seamless service.
Must be eligible to work in Qatar.
