Foreman - Insulation

• Lead insulation teams, allocate manpower, and monitor daily activities.
  

• Supervise application of insulation on piping, vessels, ducts, and equipment.
  

• Enforce HSE standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure safe work practices.
  

• Verify insulation materials, thickness, cladding, and workmanship against project specifications.
  

• Liaise with site engineers, contractors, and QA/QC inspectors to resolve technical issues.
  

• Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and manpower logs.
  

• Address site issues, defects, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  

Requirements

• Diploma / Technical Certificate in Mechanical / Industrial trades (preferred).
  

• Certified Insulation Foreman / Supervisor with valid Qatar government approvals.
  

• Minimum 5–7 years’ insulation experience, including supervisory roles in oil & gas or construction projects.
