• Review approved drawings, specifications, equipment submittals, and installation readiness for HVAC, chilled water, pumping, and ventilation systems.
• Prepare commissioning plans, method statements, test procedures, and inspection checklists in line with project requirements.
• Conduct pre-commissioning checks and functional performance tests, including verification of associated controls and BMS interfaces.
• Coordinate testing, site inspections, and consultant witnessing with contractors, TAB teams, controls specialists, and equipment vendors; track deficiencies through rectification and retesting.
• Prepare commissioning reports, maintain test records, and support final inspections, O&M documentation, and system handover. Requirements
• *Must have Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• *Minimum 4 years' experience in testing and commissioning
* experience in *construction projects
* involving mechanical building services.
• *Practical knowledge of HVAC equipment, chilled water systems, pumps, ventilation, and associated controls.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, prepare commissioning documentation and coordinate effectively with site teams and consultants.
