Group One Medical is seeking a self-motivated, proactive and clinically knowledgeable Product Specialist to support our expanding Surgical Division in Qatar. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a medical background or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in surgical or medical device sales within the Qatari healthcare market. The Product Specialist will work closely with surgeons, operating room teams, biomedical engineers, and hospital decision-makers to ensure successful product adoption, clinical support, and market growth. Position Title: Product Specialist – Surgical Division

Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical product demonstrations, hands-on training, and technical support for surgical devices and solutions.
• Deliver in-theatre case support during surgical procedures, ensuring correct product usage and adherence to OR protocols.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OR nurses, procurement teams, and biomedical departments.
• Support sales activities including tenders, product evaluations, trials, and hospital onboarding.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitor mapping, and reporting on surgical trends and customer needs.
• Coordinate and participate in workshops, conferences, CME events, and surgical education programs.
• Ensure timely follow-up, customer satisfaction, and high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams on forecasting, inventory planning, and operational coordination.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, biomedical sciences, nursing, or any healthcare-related field.
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience in medical or surgical device sales in Qatar.
• Strong interest in surgical workflows, OR environments, and clinical product support.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced clinical settings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and professional maturity when dealing with surgeons and OR teams.
• Fluency in English; written and spoken.
