, the position reports to the Technical Services Head within the Technical Division's CAMO Department.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop, maintain, and optimize Aircraft Maintenance Programs (AMPs) in accordance with OEM recommendations, regulatory requirements, and operational needs. ✅ Monitor and control the incorporation of Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and other continued airworthiness requirements. ✅ Analyze maintenance and reliability data to identify trends, improve fleet performance, and enhance maintenance effectiveness. ✅ Support technical investigations by evaluating incidents, component failures, and maintenance findings while recommending corrective and preventive actions. ✅ Review and update maintenance documentation, engineering instructions, and technical manuals to ensure compliance and accuracy. ✅ Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, OEMs, MRO providers, and regulatory authorities on maintenance program matters. ✅ Contribute to fleet reliability initiatives and continuous improvement programs to optimize maintenance intervals and operational efficiency. ✅ Deliver technical guidance and training related to maintenance program requirements and documentation standards. Qualifications & Experience ✔ Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related discipline. ✔ Minimum 6 years of experience in Aviation Technical Services, CAMO, Engineering, Reliability, or Maintenance Planning. ✔ Strong understanding of Aircraft Maintenance Programs, Continuing Airworthiness requirements, and Reliability Programs. ✔ Knowledge of QCAA, EASA, FAA, and other applicable aviation regulations. ✔ Experience in technical analysis, maintenance planning, and airworthiness compliance activities. ✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical writing skills.
