Role Description The Founder Intern – Executive Assistant – 3 month Unpaid Internship role is an on-site position based in Bengaluru/Doha/Dubai. The intern will work closely with the founder, supporting daily operational activities such as calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and follow-up on key action items. Responsibilities include preparing presentations and reports, organizing documentation, assisting with research on mobility and AI-driven governance, and maintaining structured records of ongoing projects and stakeholder engagements. The role also involves coordinating internal and external communications, helping plan events or meetings with partners and institutions, and providing general administrative support to ensure the founder’s schedule and priorities are managed efficiently. This internship offers hands-on exposure to deep-tech, AI infrastructure, and global mobility systems while contributing to the early-stage growth of the company. Qualifications
• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks and founder-level coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including professional email drafting, documentation, and presentation support.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office), online collaboration platforms, and basic data handling.
• Analytical and research skills to support founder with market, policy, and technology-related insights in mobility and AI domains.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when working with confidential information and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment, with a proactive mindset and readiness to take ownership of tasks.
• Educational background in business, management, public policy, technology, or related fields; current students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
