Senior Tour Consultant – Tailor-Made Packages

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Tour Consultant who can take a client inquiry from the first message to a confirmed trip: understanding the client, designing the full program, preparing a professional offer, coordinating every detail and closing the sale. What you’ll do:
• Handle client inquiries professionally and promptly (WhatsApp, phone, email)
• Design complete tailor-made tour programs: hotels, transfers, trains, private tours and experiences
• Source and negotiate rates with DMCs, hotels and suppliers, and build profitable packages
• Prepare clear, attractive offers and itineraries, and follow up until the booking is confirmed
• Coordinate all arrangements with partners and support clients before and during their trip
• Achieve monthly sales targets What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years designing, pricing and selling tailor-made tour packages for Europe and Asia
• Ticketing-only experience will not be considered
• Strong experience working directly with DMCs and hotel suppliers
• In-depth destination knowledge: hotels, routes, seasons and attractions
• A proven track record of closing sales and meeting targets
• Fluent Arabic and good English, with experience serving GCC clients
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills, with real attention to detail
• Based in Qatar
