• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Emergency Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Security Management, or a related discipline
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage
• Professional certifications such as CBCI, CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, or equivalent are preferred Experience
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant professional experience, with strong hands-on experience in Business Continuity Management
• Experience developing and implementing BCM frameworks, policies, procedures, and Business Continuity Plans
• Strong experience conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and business continuity risk assessments
• Experience developing crisis management, emergency response, disaster recovery, and continuity strategies
• Experience planning and conducting BCM exercises, simulations, testing, and awareness programs
• Strong knowledge of ISO 22301 and recognized BCM standards and practices
• Experience coordinating with senior management, operational departments, and external stakeholders
• Municipality, government, infrastructure, or public-sector experience is highly preferred Interested candidates are invited to apply and share their updated CV.
