- Conducting design reviews, construction monitoring, and commissioning support for the instrumentation and control equipment on a power plant and desalination plant
- Attending site meetings, reviewing the EPC contractor’s weekly and monthly reports, and other related project documentation
- Reviewing method statements, procedures, test plans, etc. for factory/workshop manufacturing and site construction and commissioning activities
- Participating in the inspection and witnessing of site construction activities
- Participating in system walkdowns, raising punch-list items, defects, NCRs, and similar
- Supporting the review and coordination of O&M manuals, spares, and related planning activities PROFILE
- Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering
- At least 7-10 years of experience in similar roles on desalination or power plant construction projects
- Technical knowledge of conceptual design, construction, commissioning, operations, and maintenance
- Strong familiarity with electrical safety codes and regulations in the GCC region
- Good IT skills, particularly in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills in English
- First preference will be given to candidates currently in Qatar
