L. is looking for an experienced Tender & Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. We are seeking a hands-on professional with 3–5 years of relevant experience in Qatar’s medical supplies sector, particularly in tender preparation, pricing, procurement coordination, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, coordinate, and submit tender documents and commercial offers
- Prepare pricing, costing, and commercial analysis
- Coordinate supplier quotations and tender documentation
- Manage logistics, international shipments, and customs clearance
- Maintain accurate tender, shipment, and cost records
- Ensure compliance with applicable Qatar tender and import requirements
- Prepare tender status, pricing, and logistics reports Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Qatar’s medical supplies/healthcare sector
- Practical experience with government and/or healthcare tenders in Qatar is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of pricing, logistics, shipping documentation, and customs procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines
