We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant Cum Admin & HR Officer to manage day-to-day accounting, administrative, and human resources activities.
Key Accounting Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Handle daily accounting transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Manage accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Monitor customer receivables and supplier payables.
- Prepare and process monthly employee salary payments/payroll.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting and financial documents.
- Coordinate with banks, suppliers, customers, and auditors when required. HR Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including preparing job advertisements, screening CVs, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with management.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews when required.
- Prepare and issue job offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and HR records.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and absence records.
- Assist with employee resignation, termination, final settlement, and exit procedures.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, warnings, memos, and other employee correspondence. Administrative Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administration and general office operations.
- Prepare reports, letters, forms, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and other office requirements.
- Perform other accounting, HR, and administrative duties as assigned by management. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Practical knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Word.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Odoo, SAP, or similar is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Previous experience in the local market is preferred. Pay: QAR3,000.00
- QAR3,500.00 per month Work
