Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Landscape Architect with a strong background in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Urban Planning. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both soft and hard landscape design, with the ability to produce high-quality and sustainable landscape designs for urban, residential, commercial, and public spaces. You will be responsible for developing creative landscape concepts, overseeing design projects from start to finish, and ensuring that designs align with client objectives, architectural principles, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Development: Produce Pre-concept designs, concept designs, schematic designs, and tender documents for both soft and hard landscape elements.
- Work Ethic & Attention to Detail: Exhibit a resilient work ethic with a focus on design quality, aesthetics, and current market trends.
- Sustainability & Creativity: Develop creative and sustainable landscape designs that meet project goals and environmental standards.
- Project Management: Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Design Alignment: Ensure design concepts align with project objectives, architectural principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Material & Plant Selection: Collaborate on selecting plants, materials, finishes, and colours that meet the design vision and stay within budget constraints.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to gather project requirements, address design-related queries, and incorporate client feedback into the design process.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to integrate innovative ideas into landscape designs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with environmental and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.

Experience:

- 10 years strong experience in designing landscapes for urban, residential, commercial, and public spaces ( portfolio required ).
- Design Expertise: Ability to create concept designs from scratch and develop them into fully realized projects.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Max, and Lumion.
- Landscaping Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of landscaping materials, plants, and construction methods.
- Regional Expertise: Familiarity with regional plants, soil conditions, and environmental factors.
- Consultancy

Experience:
Experience working in a consultancy or similar role.
- Location & Availability: Must be currently based in Qatar with a valid QID.
- Communication

Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, including interacting with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
