Sand Blaster

- Perform abrasive blasting and surface preparation of steel structures, pipes, spools, tanks, and equipment.
- Operate blasting machines, air compressors, blast pots, hoses, nozzles, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Achieve the required surface cleanliness and surface profile as specified in project requirements.
- Understand and work according to standards such as Sa 2, Sa 2½ and Sa 3, as applicable.
- Carry out blasting works as per approved method statements, specifications, and project requirements.
- Ensure proper masking and protection of areas/components that should not be blasted.
- Check and maintain blasting equipment, hoses, nozzles, and other tools before and during work.
- Maintain proper housekeeping at the work area and ensure abrasive materials are handled correctly.
- Follow all company and project HSE requirements, including use of required PPE and respiratory protection.
- Coordinate with supervisors, QC inspectors, painters, and other site personnel.
- Report equipment issues, unsafe conditions, or work-related problems to the supervisor.
- Follow instructions regarding blasting sequence, surface preparation, and production targets. Pay: QAR1,000.00
- QAR1,600.00 per month Work
