Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage EPC projects from planning and engineering through procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Take overall responsibility for project execution, schedule, cost, quality, and performance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage civil construction activities, including infrastructure, foundations, concrete works, structural works, and related facilities.
- Review and approve project plans, schedules, method statements, technical documents, and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to control delays, costs, and project risks.
- Ensure strict compliance with Oil & Gas standards, HSE requirements, QA/QC procedures, and client specifications.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management and clients.
- Manage subcontractors, manpower, materials, resources, procurement, and project budgets.
- Ensure successful project completion, testing, commissioning, documentation, and final handover. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with significant experience in EPC and Oil & Gas projects.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager on major construction or industrial projects.
- Strong background in Civil Construction and EPC project management.
- Experience with major Oil & Gas clients, contractors, or consultants is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, project planning, commercial, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Qatar/Oil & Gas experience is an advantage.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred. Work
