We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of a mission-critical enterprise platform operating in a secure, offline, on-premises Windows environment.
This is not a feature-factory role. You'll own the platform across the full stack - from database design and APIs to front-end development, security, and production deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and safely evolve SQL Server database schemas while preserving data integrity and auditability.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js & Express.
- Build and enhance modern React TypeScript web applications.
- Strengthen platform security, including authentication, RBAC, secure coding, and session management.
- Manage script-based deployments and platform operations in an offline Windows Server environment.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain a highly secure enterprise application.
Required Experience:
- 10–15 years of full-stack software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server/T-SQL (primary competency).
- Extensive experience with Node.js, Express, React, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, database design, and schema migrations.
- Strong understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and secure development practices.
- Experience deploying applications in on-premises Windows Server environments using PowerShell, Windows Services, and Scheduled Tasks.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD concepts, and environment configuration is an advantage.
