Role Overview :
As a Customer Success Executive at Enable.Tech, you will be pivotal in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes using our products and services. This role requires a mix of technical savvy, customer engagement skills, and a passion for technology and entrepreneurship. You will be instrumental in driving customer loyalty and retention through outstanding service and support. Responsibilities :
•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
•Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
•Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
•Contribute to internal projects, optimizing operations and customer experiences.
•Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
•Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
•Assist in deploying and managing our SaaS solutions.
Qualifications :
•Proven work experience as a Customer Success Executive, AccountManager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role.
•Experience in Technology Industry or F&B Industry is plus
•Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
•Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
•Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills is plus
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•A strong interest in technology and entrepreneurship.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• An enthusiastic learner, ready to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to speak Arabic is a plus
