Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Cabin Services, you will ensure the planned, effective and timely acquisition of talent in accordance with the approved manpower plan.
You will advertise vacancies, assess and interview applicants, facilitate selection tests, prepare reports and make recommendations to management about staff appointments.
You will also support the development of psychometric and personality tools, instruments, and sophisticated talent acquisition behavioral assessments to ensure the best methods in the selection process.
You will further support with talent acquisition throughout the greater department.Your operational role includes:
- Regular duty travel to facilitate volume talent acquisition events for the recruitment of Cabin Crew.
- Support management of the daytoday performance of the Cabin Crew talent acquisition campaign.
- Responsible for screening, testing and conducting interviews for all applicants.
- Promote best practice talent selection within the provided selection framework.
- Maintain positive and effective relationships with Hiring Managers.
- Represent Qatar Airways in line with our employer brand positioning.

Qualifications:
About you
To be successful in this role you must have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field and 4 years' experience in talent acquisition, preferably in an airline or High School / Vocational Qualification /Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field and 5 years' relevant experience.
- Ability to undertake frequent duty travel required by the recruitment schedule.
- Previous Cabin Crew experience is an asset. Talent acquisition experience in Airlines, Luxury Retail and Travel & Hospitality is also beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Welldeveloped lateral and analytical thinking.
- Ability to support project management within a multicultural environment.
- Proven flexibility to meet changing business demands and work in a team.
- Strong interactions with the client area, proven experience influencing at a senior level.
- Exposure to HR systems and interviewing techniques essential.
- Ability to work under pressure to defined timescales and budgets.
- Ability to role model best practice interviewing techniques.
