Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets for waterproofing services, including epoxy work, chemical injection, and related products.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential and achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building with potential clients, including property owners, contractors, architects, and property managers.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and product offerings that effectively communicate the value proposition of our waterproofing solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, bids, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms and closing deals to secure new business.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress towards sales targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to sales team members, including training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, construction management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or waterproofing industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve results.
