Finance Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Finance Coordinator.
Job Summary:
A Finance Coordinator is responsible for assisting the finance department with various tasks such as maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and handling accounts payable and receivable.
They work closely with other members of the finance team to ensure that financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information
Assist in the preparation of financial audits and tax returns
Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Handle special projects as assigned by management
Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance-related role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
