As Customer Care Duty Manager within Qatar Aircraft Catering Company, you will be responsible for managing, facilitating, and coordinating all enquiries related to your designated Airline Customers. You will ensure customer needs are met at all times whilst promoting and maintaining the highest standard of corporate values. You will contribute towards and assist in establishing QACC marketing strategy, managing and facilitating all internal finance and contracts related communication linked to Catering Agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other members of Customer Service department to achieve set targets.
  • Manage email correspondence with Customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather and pass on solid information.
  • Work with Finance & Contracts department on Catering Agreements.
  • Plan and support menu presentations, record feedback, and requirements for action.
  • Contribute to establishing Customer Service KPIs.
  • Analyze customer data to target needs better and assist with Voyage reporting.
  • Lead profitable and innovative Customer Service projects.
  • Participate in functional initiatives set by the supervising manager.Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Airline catering experience is required.
  • Previous experience as an Account Manager within the industry
