Customer Care Outstations Coordinator

About the role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Outstation Coordinator to join our Customer Care team. You will manage Customer Care in the specified region, providing top-notch service to customers who have faced service disruptions. Your role involves handling feedback, addressing service shortcomings at QR.
Key responsibilities include:
- Addressing customer queries promptly in compliance with local laws.
- Evaluating and resolving complaints, explaining procedures, and policies.
- Suggesting compensation for service recovery as per company guidelines.
- Utilizing data for operational efficiency and customer retention.
- Maintaining customer feedback database and preparing reports.
- Collaborating with multiple departments to resolve customer issues.
- Engaging with legal representatives for customer-related legal matters.
- Coordinating with various departments for investigating customer feedback.
- Assisting in negotiating resolutions with customers.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Department Head.

Qualifications
About You
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Preferably, experience in the airline industry
- Background in Customer Relations
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify market trends
- Proficient in English
- Advanced proficiency in Russian, Spanish, or any Scandinavian language
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management abilities
