We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Business Development Executive specializing in Feasibility Studies and Market Research to join our team in Doha Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in conducting thorough feasibility studies and market research identifying business opportunities and fostering strategic partnerships to drive growth and expansion initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies to assess the viability of potential business ventures and projects in various industries.
  2. Perform indepth market research including competitor analysis market trends customer preferences and regulatory requirements to identify key opportunities and risks.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant data and insights and utilize various research methodologies and tools to analyze findings.
  4. Develop strategic business plans and recommendations based on feasibility studies and market research to support decisionmaking processes.
  5. Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities partnerships and investment prospects aligned with the companys objectives and growth strategy.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients industry experts government agencies and partners to facilitate business development initiatives.
  7. Prepare and deliver presentations reports and proposals to clients management and stakeholders showcasing insights recommendations and value propositions.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and emerging technologies to anticipate market changes and capitalize on new opportunities.
  9. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing finance and operations to implement business development strategies and achieve targets.
  10. Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development activities track key metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement and success.


Requirements
  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Marketing or related field; Masters degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience (4 years) in business development feasibility studies and market research preferably in Qatar or the MENA region.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather interpret and present complex data effectively.
  4. Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities develop actionable plans and drive results.
  6. Entrepreneurial spirit and selfmotivation with a proactive approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
  7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and market research tools/software.
  9. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
  10. Qatar driving license and willingness to travel as required.


Strong understanding of international recruitment processes, including visa requirements and compliance regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/systems. Fluency in additional languages may be advantageous, depending on the target recruitment markets.
