Location: Qatar

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Personal Secretary to provide exceptional support to our Managing Director (MD).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage MD's calendar, schedule appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Manage MD's expense reports and invoices.
  • Proactively anticipate needs and ensure smooth daily operations for the MD.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of (number) years of experience as a Personal Secretary or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English fluency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Discreet, professional, and highly confidential.
  • Creative, resourceful, and a problem solver.
  • Outgoing and positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: QAR5, QAR10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
