The _Operations Coordinator _for Residential Tower will be in charge of supervising staff teams and motivate them to execute their work obligations efficiently.

Their responsibilities include training new staff and presenting daily objectives to Team Members in order to fulfil business goals and provide efficient, timely, pleasant, smooth, and proactive service to renters and guests.


Responsibilities:

Property Management:

  • Assist in managing daytoday operations of residential apartments.
  • Coordinate with property managers to ensure proper maintenance, repairs, and improvements are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Respond to resident inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate movein and moveout processes, including inspections, lease agreements, and handling keys or access cards.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all buildingrelated activities, including maintenance logs, incident reports, and tenant inquiries.
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget for building operations, monitoring expenses and identifying costsaving opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for property owners and management.

Tenant Relations:

  • Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing their needs and resolving any issues or complaints.
  • Communicate regularly with tenants to provide updates, information, and reminders regarding building policies, procedures, and events.
  • Organize and facilitate resident meetings or events to promote community engagement.

Lease Administration:

  • Assist in managing lease agreements, including preparation, renewal, and termination processes.
  • Ensure accurate and uptodate records of leases, rental payments, and security deposits.
  • Coordinate lease signings and moveins, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

Financial and Administrative Tasks:

  • Assist in budgeting and financial management for the residential properties.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly rent invoices or statements.
  • Maintain accurate records of rent payments and delinquencies.
  • Coordinate with accounting department for rent collection and financial reporting.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management and tenant rights.
  • Coordinate regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance or safety issues.
  • Assist in implementing and enforcing building security and emergency procedures.
  • Maintain documentation related to safety inspections, incidents, and repairs.

Vendor and Contractor Management:

  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Obtain and evaluate quotes for services or projects, ensuring costeffectiveness and quality.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is essential.
  • Proven experience in property management, facility operations, or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance practices.
  • Customer focused / Team Spirited.
  • Good working knowledge of English (Arabic Speaking preferred)
  • Enthusiastic and pleasant personality

Salary:
QAR2, QAR3,000.00 per month
