As a Challenger Sale Representative, you'll employ your extensive experience in complex solution selling to existing and potential clients.

In this fast-paced environment, your primary goal will be to tackle our customers' most significant challenges with our comprehensive service portfolio.


Responsibilities:

Incorporate the Challenger Sale methodology into your sales strategy, including teaching, tailoring, and controlling customer conversations.

Drive intricate sales cycles orchestrating internal teams, including pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing, and sales support.


Cultivate and nurture relationships with stakeholders within our existing client base and prospects to understand their business goals, challenges, and processes.

Create and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and broaden our customer base.

Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business needs and objectives.

Communicate the value proposition effectively through proposals and presentations.

Report on forces that could potentially alter the strategic directions of accounts and tactical budget planning.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.

Knowledge of audit procedures and management consulting is a plus.

Proven record of driving sales and meeting sales targets.

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

Proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Superior verbal and written communication skills.

An MBA is a plus.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and practices.

Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint).
