Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with ITInfrastructure Management to develop and execute technicalstrategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring seamlessdelivery of digital workplace services.
  • Oversee theengineering of digital workplace solutions, including hardware andsoftware infrastructure, to ensure optimal performance,scalability, and security.
  • Engage with vendors andManaged Service Providers (MSPs) to identify and implementinnovative technology solutions.
  • Serve as the finalescalation point for resolving technical issues.
  • Leadcross-functional teams and architectural initiatives, manage risks,and effectively communicate project status to stakeholders andsenior management, ensuring successful delivery of digitalworkplace projects within specified timelines, budget, and qualitystandards.
  • Create and present comprehensivedocumentation and related artifacts for all completed work.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issuesrelated to the delivery of digital workplace services andtechnologies, employing strong problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with the Security Organization to integrate securityproducts and technologies, such as Antivirus, Antimalware, HIDS,VPN Services, Volume Encryption, Secure Configuration, Monitoringand Vulnerability Management, and other end point protectionsystem, IAM, and Data Recovery, into the portfolio of end usercompute solutions.
  • Lead the design and implementation ofDigital Workplace services, taking ownership of the entire process

Minimum Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor'sDegree in Computer Science or a related field or relevantexperience required
  • A minimum of 8 years'experience in the technical setup of Workplace imaging and setuprequired
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in anarchitecture or solutions design role focused on Digital WorkplaceSolutions.
  • Expert knowledge of desktop and mobiledevices (i.e., Windows, MacOS, Android, and iPhone).
  • Expert knowledge of Virtual Desktop infrastructures and relevantinfrastructure configurations.
  • In-depth knowledge of thedigital workplace product landscape and underlying IT solutions,including M365, file sharing, collaboration solutions,conferencing, and mobility.
  • Extensive expertise andadministrative experience with SharePoint Online, M365 (includingMicrosoft Teams, Exchange Online, and MS365 Security &Compliance), Active Directory / Azure Active Directory.
  • Solid experience with end-point management solutions such as SCCM,MDM, CMG, and Intune.
  • Strong ability to articulate andcommunicate Digital Workplace concepts and practices to bothbusiness and IT stakeholders.
  • Proficient documentationskills, including design materials and presentations.
  • Previous experience in hybrid multi-cloud environments, includingSaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and on-premises solutions.
  • TOGAF orother architectural certifications are a plus

  • Excellent creativeproblem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Adaptability tochange.
  • Ability to communicate complex technicalconcepts to non-technical stakeholders

Additional Skills:

  • Fluent- in English, other additional languages would bean asset.
  • Experience in a CRO environmentpreferred.
