  • Craft and serve a diverse range of highquality cocktails, ensuring precision and consistency.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of our beverage menu, including wines, spirits, and nonalcoholic options.
  • Engage with guests to recommend and describe drink options, providing guidance based on their preferences.

Waitstaff:

  • Greet and escort guests to their tables, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Present menus and provide detailed explanations of menu items, including specials and wine pairings.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar.

Customer Service:

  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, providing a personalized and attentive dining experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure a seamless flow of service, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to deliver a smooth dining experience.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

  • Set and maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing dining and bar area.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and other staff to coordinate service and address any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Bartender and/or Waiter in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, and fine cuisine.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • TIPS or similar certification for responsible alcohol service is a plus.

Salary:
QAR2, QAR3,500.00 per month

Ability to Relocate:

  • Doha: Relocate before starting work (required)
