Job Summary:

The Admin / Secretary will perform administrative tasks and services to support the effective and efficient operations of the organization's human resource department.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintains accurate and uptodate human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate seniorlevel HR staff or management.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Provides clerical support to the Manager.
- answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- typing, preparing and collating reports
- filing
- organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- managing databases

Requirements:

BS Business Course or Human Resources

At least 5 years related work experience
