  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate place
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives or managers.
  • Maintain and update paper and electronic filing systems.
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Provide support to the Accounting Department.
  • Prepare financial reports.
  • Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

Qualification:

  • Proven experience as a secretary / administrative assistant
  • Experience in Accounting is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have NOC and willing to transfer sponsorship
