Admin Assistant

**We are a private company in AL KHOR looking for a Admin Assistant cum Accountant.**
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate place
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives or managers.
- Maintain and update paper and electronic filing systems.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Provide support to the Accounting Department.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
**Qualification**:
- Proven experience as a secretary / administrative assistant
- Experience in Accounting is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have NOC and willing to transfer sponsorship
