A SeniorAnimator/entertainer is responsible for conducting coordinatingpromoting publicizing and facilitating club activities and programsin the Resort continuing effort to deliver outstanding guestservice.

What will Ibe doing

As a SeniorAnimator/entertainer you are responsible for conductingcoordinating promoting publicizing and facilitating club activitiesand programs in the Resort continuing effort to deliver outstandingguest service. Specifically you will be responsible for performingthe following tasks to the higheststandards:

  • Life and soul of theparty
  • Performing the activities listed on thedaily Entertainment and Activity schedules.
  • Practice preparation and scheduling of thedaily Entertainment and ActivitySchedule
  • Performing the activities listed onthe daily Evening Entertainmentschedules.
  • Performing at SpecialEvents.
  • Conducting coordinate promote publicizeand facilitate all activities and programs for thespa/salon/fitness center/health club
  • Promote afun and relaxing atmosphere for guests in all recreationalactivities and areas by expressing an upbeat and enthusiasticattitude
  • Perform receptionist duties includingbut not limited to answering telephones taking and relayingmessages processing and recording financial transactions schedulingappointments and stocking and maintaining supplies asneeded
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area inaccordance with local and companystandards
  • Assist in monitoring facility use toensure guest safety
  • Perform general Kids club /recreational duties asneeded

  • Must maintain a neat clean andwellgroomed appearance
  • English and otherlanguage skills
  • Assisting the operationaldepartments of the Hotel during low occupancyperiods

OtherDuties

Assimilate into the Hilton FamilyPRIDE/CARE culture through understanding supporting andparticipating in all elements of PRIDE/CARE. Demonstrate workingknowledge of the service standards.

Regularattendance in conformance with the standards which may beestablished by Hilton from time to time is essential to thesuccessful performance of this position.

SAFETYREQUIREMENTS

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)may be required when performing work duties that may have thepotential of risk to your health or safety. The hotel will providethe required PPE. Team members will be trained in the proper useand care of any assigned PPE. It is your responsibility to reportdefective damage or lost PPE or equipment that does not fit theproperly to your Manager.
