Overview of the Role:
Role is responsible for welcoming guests and acting as their first point of contact.

Check guests in and out of the hotel, deal with guest queries, provide prompt and professional guest service to meet guest needs and ensure guest satisfaction.

And act as ambassadors for the hotel.

Area of Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests with a pleasant smile, approach to guests in friendly and interact with a positive attitude
  • Inform guests on Hotel room rates and services, make and confirm reservations for guests
  • Report the daily cash sales to accounts department and Deposit the same after each duty shift.
  • Focus on price modification of rooms upon dealing with walk in guests.
  • Checking the guest details against their bookings.
  • Register and check guests in, confirm relevant guest information and verify guest's payment method
  • Verify and imprint credit cards for authorization
  • Ensure proper room allocation and issue room keys and direct guests to their rooms with the Bellboy.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of guest room bookings
  • Compute all guest billings, accurately post charges to guest rooms and house accounts
  • Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them and handling reservations.
  • Listen and respond to corporate guests queries and requests both inperson and by phone as and when required.
  • Provide accurate information about local attractions and services
  • Liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by guests
  • Complete and maintain any incident reports, daily activity reports or other reports requested by management.
  • Should be able to handle all guests without bias or prejudice.

Qualifications:
Education Background - Diploma/ Graduate in Hotel Management

Work Experience -Minimum 2 years in similar role at Hotel/Retail Industry

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
QAR2, QAR3,500.00 per month
