As an Airport Operations Agent you will be providing face to face assistance to all Discover Qatar customers at assigned locations within Hamad International Airport.

As part of your role, your additional responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Assisting in sales and collect payments from the customers as per the Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Provide feedback and updates on the daily operations to the Seniors and remain in full compliance of company policy and procedures.
  • When necessary, provide special assistance to customers with special needs or young travelers and senior citizens.
  • Check minor complaints from passengers and escalate out of hand situations to the Senior Team Members promptly when required.
  • Adheres to email and communication protocols, acknowledges change as set by the company.
  • Stay updated on all the Discover Qatar products list to be able to provide correct and adequate information to the customers.

  • Minimum of High school graduation with at least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, ability to speak other foreign languages such as Spanish, German, Italian, Chinese, Russian is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and team working skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure to defined timescales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, Power Point, etc.
