First impressionsare everything As a Front Office Agent, you will take care of theguests from the moment they arrive through to their departure byensuring they have a memorable experience withus.

Reporting To The Director Of Front OfficeAnd Assistant Front Office Manager(s), Responsibilities AndEssential Job Functions Include But Are Not Limited To TheFollowing:

  • Consistentlyoffer professional, friendly and engagingservice.
  • Greet, check in and settle guestaccounts while ensuring all service standards arefollowed
  • Maintain accurate records of dailytransactions and cash handling, which includes currency exchangeand balancing a float
  • Handle guest requests,questions and concerns effectively andpromptly
  • Promote a professional teamenvironment
  • Follow department policies,procedures and service standards
  • Performs anyand all other tasks assigned bymanagement
  • Upholds the highest standard ofinternal and external customer service at alltimes
  • Take initiative to add a personalizedexperience
  • Proudly promote the hotelfacilities, looking for opportunities to enhance aguest's stay through up-selling

Qualifications

  • Proficient in the English Language(verbal & written), second language is anasset
  • Previous experience and knowledge ofProperty Manager is an asset
  • Required knowledgeof Windows' Office Suite
  • Must be ableto handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-pacedenvironment
  • Ability to focus attention on guestneeds, remaining calm and courteous at alltimes
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solvingabilities
  • Able to stand for long periods, atleast 8 hours per shift
  • Must be able to lift upto 50 pounds
