We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Receptionist fluent in Arabic and English to join our dynamic team.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and contact lists.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any related courses
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Must have knowledge in registration process
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Locally available in Qatar
  • Willing to work for a short term project (3 months extendable)
