Performance Evaluation Senior Consultant
Major Responsibilities:
- Identify Goals, Objectives (SMART), Competencies, and areas of assessment for all positions in line with Organizational goals and the specific roles' duties and responsibilities.
- Develop assessment criteria, competency areas, and appropriate rating criteria based on job positions in coordination with respective Department Heads and Subject Matter Experts.
- Establish guidelines to develop/update the assessment criteria and seek review from respective Subject Matter Experts and departments.
- Ensure that the objectives and competencies are developed based on the job descriptions of each position and agreed metrics.
- Develop a process to identify areas for further development, enabling employees to excel and achieve their career objectives.
- Support the management in the development of technical and behavioral competency assessment criteria as a part of evaluating individual performance.
- Review and analyze the existing clinical appraisal templates and annual electronic appraisal process of Organizations.
- Design and develop the new appraisal templates in coordination with Organizations' Oracle team.
- Upload and integrate the new appraisal templates in the Oracle ERP system in coordination with Organizations' Oracle team.
- Ensure that the objectives are allocated to the respective staff automatically based on the position title.
- Create a library of objectives in Electronic Performance Evaluation.
- Design the approval process for performance evaluation and implement it in the ERP System.
- Conduct testing of the revised appraisal process before initiating the Performance appraisal process.
- Communicate with respective directorates to prioritize and assign responsibilities in the data collection phase.
- Liaise with all respective departments and conduct regular meetings in coordination with the performance evaluation department.
- Coordinate with staff and concerned committees to ensure planning, developing, and reporting the requirements.
- Obtain all necessary approvals from the respective directorate to implement the final process.
- Ensure that performance discussions are documented and implemented accordingly.
- Provide performance training and technical advice to understand the process, system, and actions.
- Ensure appropriate KPIs are in place and effectively populate the scorecard.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or a bachelor's degree in a Health care Stream.
- A relevant Human Resources Certification is highly preferred.
Experience & Knowledge Requirement:
- Six or more years of total experience, with three or more years of experience in Employee Performance Management systems, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Experience in any of the GCC Countries in a similar field.
- Proven experience in the Performance appraisal process, including setting goals, assessment areas, objectives, and competencies for performance appraisal.
- Experience in Hospital/Healthcare/Governmental organizations is preferred.
- Experience in Electronic performance management systems.
Skills Requirements:
- Experience in Performance management systems, preferably Oracle.
- Clear and concise skills in preparing performance evaluation objectives, competencies, and rating methods.
- Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well in a team environment.
- High level of decisionmaking, strong analytical skills, problemsolving skills, and a highly professional attitude.
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent Communication Skills.
