Key Responsibilities:

  • Government Liaison: Act as a representative of the organization and establish strong relationships with government departments and authorities.
  • Legal Compliance: Stay uptodate with relevant laws, regulations, and policies to ensure the organization's compliance with government standards.
  • Transactions and Approvals: Facilitate various transactions and approvals with government entities, ensuring smooth and timely processes.
  • Company Representation: Represent the organization during meetings, appointments, or visits to government offices.
  • Translation and Communication: Translate documents and facilitate communication between the organization and government officials in both Arabic and English languages.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of all governmentrelated transactions and ensure documentation is properly archived.
HR Related Responsibilities;

  • Maintain daily attendance and bio metric attendance of all staffs
  • Preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process, job offers, employment contracts, terminations.
  • Preparing different types of letter and memos related to HR
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, bio metric data etc.) according to policy and legal requirement
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Skills

:

  • Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English languages is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience as a Public Relations Officer, Mandoob, or in a similar government liaison role in Qatar is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Qatar's governmental procedures, regulations, and cultural norms.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with government officials and internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Pay:
QAR5, QAR6,000.00 per month
