Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage client expectations by providing proactive, concise, and timely information on immigration services.
  • Oversee all aspects of the immigration related services requested by the client and ensure that the process runs smoothly.
  • Responsible for managing client complaints and resolving them seamlessly with mínimal escalations.
  • Oversee the completion of all relevant client requests received within the time limit.
  • Monitor feedback and requests from clients and coordinate with the relevant departments within the organization to provide solutions.
  • Accurately maintain and update PRO tasks, system records and follow up to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide management with weekly/daily updates on progress and escalations.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate information pertaining to clients related to all immigration processes as per the Qatar Government.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Management.
