Boeing Global Services(BGS) is looking for a Customer SupportSpecialist to be based in Doha Qatar.This position is part of the Boeing Global Services Supply ChainExecution organization and chosen candidate will serve as aCustomer Program Manager for customers in Qatar and other MiddleEast countries.

PositionResponsibilities:

  • Creates maintains and advances customer relationships develops anunderstanding of customer culture and businessstrategies.
  • Interacts withcustomers and internal partners through face to face/ virtualmeetings phone calls emails and othermedia.
  • Responsible forcustomer account health and providing world class customersupport.
  • Collaborates withcustomer to determine specific needs and recommend potentialsolutions and involves internal partners asneeded.
  • Develops preparesand delivers presentations to customers and internalorganizations.
  • Advisescustomers regarding status changes or improvements of orders andfollows up with customers on issues related to theiraccounts.
  • Uses multipleBoeing systems in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Responds tocustomer inquiries and provides information regarding Boeingproducts services processes andoperation.
  • Responds tocustomer inquiries and facilitates delivery problemresolution.
  • Enters tracksmonitors and coordinates customer material delivery requirementsand returns for customerorders.
  • Coordinatescollection and processing and analyzes supplier and/or customerdata and/or information regarding ordering and/or delivery of spareparts provisioning products or relatedservices.
  • Analyzes customerspare parts requirement inquiries facilitates responses andresolves delivery problems.
  • Monitors and shares key performance metrics with customers andinternal partners
  • Interfaces with customers and internal Boeingresources.

Basic Qualifications (RequiredSkills/Experience):

  • Understands supply chainprocess
  • Experiencedeveloping presentations for and presenting to executiveleadership
  • Strongcommunication and problemsolvingskills
  • Ability to work andcollaborate cross functionally across multipleorganizations
  • Eager tolearn and grow
  • Ability forminimal travel domestically andinternationally

Preferred Qualifications (DesiredSkills/Experience):

  • Experience in the Aerospaceindustry
  • SAPknowledge
  • Engineering /Technical experience
  • Account management customer supportexperience

Typical Education &Experience:

Education/experiencetypically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) andtypically 4 or more years related work experience or an equivalentcombination of education and experience (e.g. Master2 years relatedwork experience 8 years related work experienceetc.)

Relocation:

This position does notoffer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area orrelocate at their ownexpense.

This requisition isfor an international locally hired position in Doha Qatar. Benefitsand pay are determined at the local level and are not part ofBoeing payroll and will commensurate with experience andqualifications and in accordance with applicable Qatar law.Employment is subject to the candidates ability to satisfy allQatar labor and immigrationformalities
