As a Cluster General Manager youwill lead the overall operation of Millennium Hotel Doha &Millennium Central Doha aiming to maximize performanceprofitability and return on investment. Your primary focus will beon fostering a positive and productive work environment ensuringexceptional guest service and maintaining compliance with qualityand operational standards. Additionally you will be responsible forupholding and enhancing hotel standards and services to align withnew industry innovations.


KeyJob Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor financial and operational plans aligning withthe hotels and operating divisionobjectives.
  • Create annual budgets and businessplans recommending capital improvements to enhance hotel assets andbrand loyalty.
  • Oversee the delivery ofexcellent guest services ensuring prompt responses and effectiveresolution of complaints and requests.
  • Maintainproduct quality and service standards throughout thehotels.
  • Establish and maintain preventativemaintenance programs to safeguard the physical assets of thehotels.
  • Develop strategic marketingopportunities and tactical sales plans to maximize revenuegeneration.
  • Oversee the execution of marketingplans and yield management efforts to maximize revenue RevPAR andoccupancy levels.
  • Optimize banquet/outlet spaceusage and manage other revenue streams such as IT and Rental tomaximize profits.
  • Collaborate with the RegionalCorporate Office to ensure optimum productivity levels in allhotels areas.
  • Liaise with Governmentauthorities to ensure alignment withlegislation.
  • Drive Colleague Developmentinitiatives and plans to enhance operating and serviceperformance.
  • Develop and maintain relationshipswith key community contacts ensuring a visible presence andeffective handling of media/communityinquiries.
  • Oversee the security function tomaintain a safe and secure environment for guests colleagues andhotel assets.
  • Establish and maintain aproactive Human Resource function to ensure colleague motivationtraining and development pay and benefit administration andcompliance with policies procedures and local laborregulations.
  • Foster a positive work environmentfor all colleagues providing mentorship through formal and informalmeetings discussions and performancefeedback.
  • Operate in a safe and environmentallyfriendly manner prioritizing guests and colleagues health andsafety as well as environmentalconservation.
  • Adhere to hotel environmentalhealth and safety procedures andpolicies.
