Responsible to support the Customer Experience Training Team to ensure that all relevant digital touchpoints are accurate and compliant with the Qatar Airways brand.

You will develop and update relevant training content on all digital channels.

In addition to the above, other key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the creation of campaign content including Customer Experience training, Products and Services and action appropriate updates on relevant Training digital channels.
  • Review digital touchpoints, ensuring that content is accurate and compliant with the Qatar Airways brand tone of voice, including communication strategy and writing guidelines.
  • Design offline assets such as flyers/leaflets/brochures/banners/posters to support digital content.
  • Contribute towards departmental innovation strategy by researching industry trends and recommending ideas as appropriate.
  • Identify any noncompliant assets and report any technical system errors to ensure that all digital content adheres to the Qatar Airways web content guidelines.
  • Provide consult for other training units, special projects, and research initiatives as required within the Qatar Airways Group in order to develop staff and support business requirements.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a passionate and professional to join our Customer Experience - Cabin Services Training Team.

In order to be successful in this role you will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Marketing, Mass Communications, English or Business Administration or equivalent with at least 3 years of job-related experience in a large multinational company.
  • Experience as a copywriter or writer creating content for various media, blogs, advertising agency, and/or other online channels.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through professional and clear verbal/nonverbal messaging.
  • Sound knowledge of technology trends.
  • Willingness to relocate to Doha, Qatar.
