About the role

As the Content Management Specialist, you will be in charge of handling web content operations on websites and mobile apps with the main objective of enhancing customer centricity across Qatar Airways' digital touchpoints. Your role involves ensuring that all content on the platforms maintains the brand's tone of voice and aligns with the company's communication strategy and writing guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with internal departments, outstations, and group companies to update website content on behalf of stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and relevance on Qatar Airways' digital platforms.
  • Collaborating with product development teams on various projects by creating content for online digital touchpoints such as booking flows, check-ins, flight statuses, and more.
  • Working with the Design team to craft innovative campaigns and content ideas that are engaging and shareable across the website and E-marketing channels.
  • Developing personalized content for campaigns tailored to different online channels while maintaining character limits and visual relevance.
  • Creating and reviewing copy for content marketing and revenue-generating initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Generating personalized and targeted content for website experiences to enhance customer interactions.
  • Providing documentation and training on web content guidelines and best practices using CMS tools like Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Conducting webinars and training sessions to educate team members on key tasks using AEM.
  • Monitoring website performance and reporting bugs to technical teams for resolution.
  • Ensuring the quality of produced content through proofreading and adherence to brand communication guidelines.

Qualifications

We are seeking a dedicated and seasoned professional to join the Digital Enablement team with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to keep up-to-date with technology trends.
  • Strong project management and eCommerce knowledge.
