We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

As a Software Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project completion within scope, timeline, and budget.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources, including team members and external vendors, to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to software development best practices and methodologies.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Software Project Manager, preferably in a software development environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficient in managing projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • PMP certification is a plus.
