Responsibilities:

  • Assist existing and potential clients in utilizing our serviceeffectively and deriving maximum value from it.
  • Addressa wide range of inquiries, from simple pricing questions to complexdebugging of integration issues between Kubernetes clusters.
  • Follow enterprise service quality metrics (SLA) toensure timely responses to customer inquiries and minimize serviceinterruptions.
  • Resolve issues at network, disk, and loadbalancer levels, as well as manage integrations, Kubernetes, andLinux systems.
  • Collaborate closely with InfrastructureEngineering Team to enhance the robustness and high availability ofChainstack.
  • Work with Software Engineering and Productteams to provide consolidated feedback from customers and drivecontinuous improvement of our platform

Requirements:

  • Experience in technical customer support, understanding SLAs,ticket priorities, and urgency.
  • Interest in technology,blockchain, and crypto domains.
  • Proficiency in managingvirtual environments on public cloud providers (Google Cloud,Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure).
  • Strongunderstanding of networks, Linux systems, and containerorchestration engines like Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity withmonitoring solutions such as Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP stack and Ethereum JSON-RPC specification

Qualifications:

  • Self-driven with a collaborativeteamwork spirit, able to prioritize tasks based on customer-firstparadigms.
  • Interest in Web3 technologies, supported byrelated pet projects or research.
