Koordinerende epicenter for kommunikation på tværs af Channels
Customer Service Development er en del af Channels, og er forankret i Customer Service. Sammen har vi til opgave at understøtte og udvikle vores kundeservice med alt lige fra processer og kvalitetssikring, til uddannelse og kommunikation. Derudover har vi også ansvaret for den kommunikationsplatform, der går på tværs af alle vores kundevendte kanaler, interne som eksterne, og det er særligt i forhold til dette, at du får en vigtig opgave i Telenor. Der er rigtig mange afdelinger i vores forretning, der gerne vil have deres budskaber ud til vores kanaler, og for at sikre korrekt og rettidig formidling, har vi brug for dig.

Som vores nye Training & Communication Manager får du en nøglerolle i at koordinere og facilitere forandrings- og kommunikationsindsatser på tværs af Channels, hvilket blandt andet foregår gennem vores kommunikationsplatform, Actimo. Din opgave bliver dermed fagligt koordinerende, idet du har ansvaret for at afstemme den overordnede kommunikationsplan over, hvilke budskaber, der skal ud til kanalerne, på hvilket tidspunkt.

Udover den brede opgave på tværs af hele Channels, har du også en opgave i at bidrage til at koordinere og eksekvere trænings- og kommunikationsindsatser internt i Customer Service. Konkret kommer du til at understøtte kommunikation og træning i forbindelse med nye produktlanceringer samt udvikling og facilitering af interne træningskoncepter, fx onboarding og opkvalificering. Alt dette kommer du til at gøre i samarbejde med det øvrige team, som blandt andet, udover dig, består af én Training Consultant og tre Training & Quality Coaches.

Med solide kommunikative færdigheder lykkes du med at levere budskaberne
For at lykkes i rollen, har du en god værktøjskasse inden for kommunikation, som du kan trække på. Ideelt har du også færdigheder inden for træning og facilitering, som giver dig evnerne til at formidle central information, tilpasset efter den måde, hvorpå budskabet bedst muligt leveres og forankres. Din erfaring med Change Management gør dig i stand til at gennemskue netop dette behov, så vi sikrer, at de informationer der gives til kanalerne, bliver vinklet og overleveret via den bedste metode til formålet, så det er letforståeligt og målrettet til modtagerne.

Du trives rigtig godt i en koordinerende rolle, hvor du har overblikket over flere opgaver simultant. Din evne til at strukturere, organisere og koordinere projekter bidrager til, at du effektivt fører planer ud i livet, hvilket sikrer at opgaverne skrider fremad og afsluttes indenfor deadline. Du får involveret dine interessenter på de rigtige tidspunkter, og er selv rollemodel for det gode tværfaglige samarbejde, som er væsentlig for succes i denne stilling. Dine egenskaber inden for stakeholder management kommer dig særligt til gode i de situationer, hvor der er modstridende målsætninger. Her er det er din opgave at se det fulde billede, så der foretages korrekte prioriteringer.

Den teoretiske rygsæk du kommer med, har du fra en videregående uddannelse inden for evt. kommunikation, change management, HR, eller lignende. Her har du fået en grundlæggende forståelse inden for de principper der gør sig gældende, når man arbejder med at få strategisk kommunikation ned på et operationelt niveau.

Personligt bidrager du positivt til et team, der er kendetegnet af godt humør og kreative mindset. Det kommer til udtryk gennem din nysgerrighed på forretningen, og din beslutsomhed for at overkomme forhindringer der måtte opstå.

Customer Service Development er et team, hvor fokus ikke blot ligger på udvikling af andre, men også hinanden. Vi medbringer alle en stor portion faglighed og vægter samarbejde og dygtiggørelse af hinanden enorm højt. Vi er et nyoprettet team og derfor skal der tegnes en masse streger og sættes en del hjørneflag. Det håber vi, at du er frisk på at være med til. De næste måneder skal vi nemlig sammen udarbejde afdelingens plan for de kommende år, hvor målet er at tage vores kommunikations- og træningstiltag til et endnu højere niveau.

Som vores nye kollega vil du være tilknyttet vores kontor i Aalborg, da det er her vores kundeservicefunktioner er placeret – dog skal du forvente rejseaktivitet til vores hovedlokation i København i løbet af året.
