Dans le cadre de la croissance de ses activités sur la région du Moyen Orient, notre client recrute un(e) :

Manager - Project Management Office H/F - Sport / Culture Policies
Poste basé à Tunis (Tunisie) avec des déplacements fréquents au Moyen Orient (EAU, Qatar, Arabie Saoudite)

Vous ferez partie de l'équipe de gestion de projets et interagirez avec des experts du secteur qui vous aideront à déployer les compétences en gestion de projet requises pour participer à des initiatives de transformation. Vous serez amené à utiliser la méthodologie et les outils exclusifs, élaborés à partir des expériences antérieures et de pratiques de pointe, permettant de fournir à vos clients des services efficaces et fiable en temps voulu.

Vous serez amené à :
- Travailler avec les collaborateurs de tous les bureaux sur les engagements des clients et les initiatives internes, ainsi qu'avec les équipes internationales (Moyen-Orient) le cas échéant;
- Assurer un support au pilotage et la gestion de bout en bout des projets pour les clients, tous secteurs d'activités confondus (Gouvernement et secteur public, Banque, Finance, Assurance, Energie, Distribution, Services, etc.) en Tunisie et à l'international;
- Assurer la bonne marche de l'ensemble des projets et sous-chantiers qui les constituent;
- Assurer le suivi des échéances des livrables des projets dans une approche proactive;
- Assurer un support à l'élaboration et mise en uvre des modèles de gouvernance;
- Assurer un support à la définition des Plans d'Assurance Qualité (PAQ) et autres artefacts des projets;
- Assurer un support au suivi de la conformité des projets en matière d'assurance qualité;
- Assurer un support à l'identification des risques et l'implémentation des plans de mitigation;
- Supporter la définition des indicateurs de performance (KPI) et le développement de reporting projet ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des clients pour établir des relations solides à tous les niveaux et agir en tant que gestionnaire de projet au quotidien;
- Conseiller les clients sur la thématique de Project et Portfolio Management (PPM) et les questions y liées et concevoir des solutions qui peuvent aider à transformer les organisations des clients;
- Gérer et exécuter une grande variété de projets, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter : Projets de transformation, mises en uvre informatiques, réingénierie des processus d'affaires, études de faisabilité, etc.;
- Gérer les risques, les problèmes et les changements - maintenir des mécanismes pour gérer le contrôle des changements, les risques et les problèmes dans le cadre de projets spécifiques ;
- Identifier les objectifs, les politiques, les procédures et les normes de performance du projet;
- Documenter toute exigence commerciale pour des initiatives/projets spécifiques;
- Organiser les activités des domaines de programmes/projets spécifiques;
- Contrôler les budgets des projets et préparer des rapports d'état réguliers;
- Évaluer les résultats des projets en termes de qualité, de cohérence, de précision, de valeur globale, de dates d'achèvement et de performance des prestataires;
- Veiller à ce que l'enregistrement et le maintien d'une base de données du projet contenant toutes les informations connexes, (données, documents, rapports, etc.) aient lieu;
- Diriger le développement et le partage des connaissances, en utilisant des méthodologies, des techniques et des processus de gestion des connaissances;
- Coordonner avec d'autres personnes l'utilisation d'outils et de techniques d'apprentissage et de développement pour analyser, identifier et communiquer les exigences en matière de changement.

Vous êtes de formation (Ecole de commerce, Ingénieur).

Vous disposez d'une expérience confirméedans le domaine de management de projets et de programmes en tant que PMO de préférence dans un organisme lié au secteur public et/ou gouvernement, secteur sport et/ou culture.

Une certification en management de projets (PMP, Prince 2) est un atout.

Vous avez de bonnes connaissances du gouvernement et du secteur public de la région MENA, y compris une compréhension approfondie des tendances mondiales dans le gouvernement et le secteur public.

Vous maitrisez les outils de planification et de reporting, notamment Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint et Primavera P6.

Vous êtes trilingue : Arabe, Français, Anglais (à l'écrit et à l'oral).
